Ignition Technology Launches Level 1 and Level 2 CrowdStrike Support Services

LONDON, UK – April TBD, 2026 – Ignition Technology today announced that it is launching new Level 1 and Level 2 support services for CrowdStrike customers as part of CrowdStrike’s Authorized Support Partner Program in Europe, delivering enhanced technical assistance and localised, multilingual support for partners and organisations using the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform.

As cyber threats continue to increase in scale and sophistication, many organisations are seeking additional operational support to maximise the value of their security investments. Ignition Technology’s new service offering delivers dedicated first- and second-line support, in local language, for CrowdStrike environments, helping partners and organisations maintain optimal protection and respond more efficiently to security events.
